Yup, the subscribers to my feed are now getting ads from Google.
I noticed this option when I checked in with Feedburner a couple of days ago and thought, let me try it.
Tell me, if you find it irritating!
Actually, at times I find the ads thrown up by Google in Gmail or on blogs quite interesting.
I will also let you know how much my Adsense earnings are boosted :)
I think that this was a long overdue option because more and more people are turning to feeds (although I remain one of the unconverted). My blog, for example, has 900-1000 direct visitors a day and 3000 + feed readers.
So thank you, Google, for buying out Feedburner.com. Thank you for a better blogworld.

Wherever I go...
'Sexiest Indian Women' follow. Before you jump to the wrong conclusion, let me explain.

I first noticed the Adword link on my blog.
Then it popped up in Facebook

And every now and then I see it on Club JAM.
I understand the importance of pageviews but does CNN IBN need to do this? Apparently, yes.
Incidentally, the link takes you to a slideshow of Indian actresses... technically the 'sexiest Indian women'. Very normal pictures compiled from here and there - not what the folks who clicked the link were expecting!

Speaking of which you don't expect to see Barkha Dutt on screen when a huge branding of Network 18 clearly proclaims who's paid a bomb to take over the TVs at Mumbai and Delhi airports.
