Happy Diwali and...

you may not hear from me for a while. Am in Singapore - on vacation - for the next 2 weeks. May/ may not blog. Definitely will not answer email :) Hoping to de-addict myself from the digital world.

  9. I just came back from S'pore vaction. If you read this while still there, please make sure that you visit the China town, esp. the lane close to Mariamman temple. Mustafa or Sim-lim have the things which are easily avaible in india, at same rate. But this lane in china town sells things esp crafts which one can never find in india at reasonable rates.
    I belive one should always visit places where the local middle class of the country hangs out.
    Hope you have a great vacation and the haze dose not trouble you.
